If you already have a video order and want to request a thumbnail or reformat, you can do so with just 2 taps!
- Head to the manage page or home page
- Tap on tools
- Select the service you want, then click submit
Placing a thumbnail or reformat for a new project
If a video order doesn’t exist already, you can place a solo order by tapping the orange button
- Select the service you need
- Add some info about the project eg references and the full video
- Submit without files or add some files of your face or assets
