Finder’s Fee for Talent Acquisition
If you'd like to hire one of our editors directly, there's a finder's fee of 50% of their annual salary plus a $3,000 USD flat fee. This covers the value of the match and transition outside of our platform.
Here's the legal breakdown:
In the event that the Client, at any time, directly hires, engages, or otherwise solicits the services of any editor, contractor, or employee (“Talent”) who has been introduced to the Client by or through Replayed Ltd., outside the scope of Replayed Ltd.’s services, the Client agrees to pay Replayed Ltd. a finder’s fee equal to 50% of the Talent’s anticipated annual gross compensation, plus a one-time fee of $3,000. This applies whether the engagement is freelance, part-time, or full-time, and whether initiated by the Client or the Talent.
This obligation survives the termination or expiration of this agreement and remains in effect indefinitely, without limitation, due to the long-term value and relationships facilitated by Replayed Ltd.
Payment must be made within 14 days of the Talent’s engagement or signing of any agreement with the Client.
