  We want you to be happy with your edit, so we usually offer one of the following: Free revisions until you're satisfied A refund (in some cases)*   Refunds are only available for trial edits that are requested in advance, or at the producer’s discretion for full edits. These usually apply to videos under 10 minutes. Videos longer than 10 minutes are not eligible for refunds.Few readers

• I want to hire an editor from your roster, how much does it cost?

  Finder’s Fee for Talent Acquisition If you'd like to hire one of our editors directly, there's a finder's fee of 50% of their annual salary plus a $3,000 USD flat fee. This covers the value of the match and transition outside of our platform.
