How do I upload content? (WEB)

Tap the orange button, this will create a work order tab! If you want to send multiple different videos, tap it again!

Fill in the project title, and add any notes such as references to other videos, scripts, or anything else!

You can also: -Set the deadline (although the delivery estimate would be the fastest time) -See which editors are available -Select additional services such as thumbnails or reformatting for platforms like TikTok! -You can also put a link for your files if you have them already uploaded on Dropbox or other cloud services then tap ‘send without files’

Now if you tap next you’ll be able to upload all your files for this project

Done! Your editors have been notified of the job and you will receive email updates as the project progresses.

How our pricing works

Our pricing is simple, no subscriptions, only pay for what you produce! We have 2 tiers: senior and junior+ both offering flat and hourly

What is the difference?

Senior editing packages provide more extensive editing services, these are great for creators who need more from their editing team, meanwhile junior+ is great for new creators who do not require editing that is too complicated.

What does junior+ mean?

This package will either comprise of middle-level editors or/and junior editors - this is a team of fantastic editors who have recently joined the company and are working their way up! This means that the budget will be smaller so the production value will be lower eg less graphics. You can see examples by tapping "see examples" on the pricing card (at the bottom).

What about revisions?

Some of our packages have 1 hour of free revisions included, then after, we charge by the hour - you will always be given a heads up and you can track exactly how much is being billed per project!

It is a self-service flow, you can set your budget, meet your team instantly and chat with the editors!

Enter your email and create a secure password, be sure to save this somewhere like a password manager!

Set your cap alert ||| Please note, editors will not see this budget, you can however mention an hours cap (for hourly billing) in the notes when placing an order eg 8 hour cap

What’s your turnaround time?

Usually in a couple of days, sometimes even next day - you will see a live delivery estimate before you even order and you can set your own deadlines! You will also be able to live track the delivery with email updates.

Who are my editors?

When you sign up, our AI will scan your channel for your video style, this will automatically give us all the information we need, and then our algorithm will match you with editors who understand your needs the best, you will be able to view their work, read their bio and even remove them.

What’s included in the edit?
