Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your edit, so we usually offer one of the following:

1. Free revisions until you're satisfied
2. A refund (in some cases)*

Refunds are only available for trial edits that are requested in advance, or at the producer’s discretion for full edits. These usually apply to videos under 10 minutes. Videos longer than 10 minutes are not eligible for refunds.
