How to place an order for thumbnails/reformatting or video editing

Ordering a thumbnail or reformat (existing project) - just 2 taps!

If you already have a video order and want to request a thumbnail or reformat, you can do so with just 2 taps!

1. Head to the manage page or home page
2. Tap on tools
3. Select the service you want, then click submit

Placing a thumbnail or reformat for a new project

If a video order doesn’t exist already, you can place a solo order by tapping the orange button

1. Select the service you need
2. Add some info about the project eg references and the full video
3. Submit without files or add some files of your face or assets

The assigned artist will be in touch so keep an eye on a ping from the chat!
