How does your pricing work?

Our focus is always on sustainable growth for you, so you only pay as you produce videos.

What services do you offer?

Our specialty is in video editing for YouTubers but we also produce thumbnails, and content repurposing (this means turning a long-form video into short-form content for platforms like TikTok).

What’s your turnaround time?

Usually in a couple of days, sometimes even next day - you will see a live delivery estimate before you even order and you can set your own deadlines! You will also be able to live track the delivery with email updates.

Who are my editors?

When you sign up, our AI will scan your channel for your video style, this will automatically give us all the information we need, and then our algorithm will match you with editors who understand your needs the best, you will be able to view their work, read their bio and even remove them.

What’s included in the edit?

Commercially licensed music, access to a creator app, motion graphics, a support, and you can ask for changes to the edits all within our app! See our pricing for more package specifics.

How do I upload content?

Accepted Answer

Tap the orange button, this will create a work order tab! If you want to send multiple different videos, tap it again!

Fill in the project title, and add any notes such as references to other videos, scripts, or anything else!

You can also: -Set the deadline (although the delivery estimate would be the fastest time) -See which editors are available -Select additional services such as thumbnails or reformatting for platforms like TikTok! -You can also put a link for your files if you have them already uploaded on Dropbox or other cloud services then tap ‘send without files’

Now if you tap next you’ll be able to upload all your files for this project

Done! Your editors have been notified of the job and you will receive email updates as the project progresses.

How do I know the charges before placing an order?

Contract

Tap on the settings icon on the bottom left hand corner
Select the channels tab
Tap the purple contract button
Scroll down in the contract and use the slider to read the terms

Order page

Head to app.replayed.co/upload or press the orange button
Select your channel
Select the services you require, here you can see the cost and quantity
Place an order by entering the project title, any notes and then upload some files or tap on ‘send without uploading’ (just make sure to include the files as a public link in the notes)

Invoices

Head to settings by tapping the icon on the bottom left, then tap on spending's, here you can view all your invoices and download them. You can also see your monthly spending’s on the home page.
